Roles - top
There are Four types of roles in the IET Journals Mgt System
- Super Admin- Have access to each and every aspect of the site, he/she can create, edit or delete anything.
- Admin/Editor- Have access to many functionalities such as Manage Users,Create Editions,Creat
Categories etc
- Author- Have only access to create the articles and view the final comments of the editor.
- Reviewer- Have only access to give reviews to the assigned article.
Each of the roles have their own dashboards.
SuperAdmin
Manage Users
Only superadmin have the access to create users and assign specific roles to them.
Default Password is "secret"
- Click Add User Button
- You will be redirected to the Add Users page where you can enter user detail

- After submiting the details of the user you will be redirected to the User Listing page
- From here you can easily delete or edit the user
- If the categorie are created then it can be only be assiged to reviewer as shown in the image below.

Manage Articles
You can manage your articles from here View Image 1
Just click on the Detail button and you will be redirected to the Detail page where you can
- Download the article.
- Assign Articles to the reviewers.
- Give feed back to the author.

Manage Editions & Categories
Editions
Editions can be created both by admin and the super admin.
- You will enter Edition Title
- Edition Date is also required
- When submitted the edition details it will redirect you to the edition list page.

When the edition is created you can
- Edit the edition.
- Publish the edition.
- Assign articles to the edition or if the articles are assigned to the specific edition the button will apper
with the title assigned articles.

Edition can be edited by adding information you want to update View

Categories
Categories can also be created both by admin and the super admin.
- Just click on add new category button
- A popup will appear in which you will enter the details of the category which includes
- Category Title, Category Description and Category Image
- After the submission of category details it will redirect you to the category list page, with the message on
the top-right corner.

Author
Create Article
Only author can submit article.
- After article is reviewed author can view the final comments of the super admin or the admin and can see the
status of the article.

Reviewer
Feedback
Reviewer can only give the feedback to the articles assigned to him/her. View Image
